When working with tables in Google Docs you can now add
styling and colour to the borders of individual cells and groups of cells
within the table.
These new features allow you to:
·
Change table
border colour and width
·
Cell
background colour
·
Cell
vertical alignment
·
Table
dimensions
·
Table
alignment
·
Line styles
To adjust these properties for a table, right-click the table
and select Table properties.
Please note that changing some properties, for example table
border properties, affect your entire table while others, for example cell
background properties, only affect selected cells of your table.
Style individual or a selection of cells in a table
To style borders of individual cells in a table, first select
the cells you want to change. Click one of the icons that appear in the toolbar to
make changes to the individual cells you selected:
·

·
Border width
·

Make your tables stand out and
let us know how you get on.
