This is most common when you are trying to update or install app. This error comes again and again if whenever you are trying to download or update it. So there are some solutions to this error which I have discussed below.
Method 1:-

  • Select “All” tab

Method 2:-
  • Go to “Settings” then “Accounts and Sync Settings”
  • In second step you have to delete that Gmail account which you are using for downloading or updating apps

Android Error 491, 498 – Fixed

This android error 491 is common in older jellybean OS. When this error arises user is not able to download or update any app from Google Play. I have discussed two solutions to this problem I think these are the best ways to get rid of Android error 491. But once you can try rebooting your device sometime it helps you. If this restart doesn’t help you can go for any of these solutions.
Method 1:-
  • Go to “Settings” then “Accounts and Sync Settings”
  • In second step you have to delete that Gmail account which you are using for downloading or updating apps
  • Then again go to “Manage Applications” and “clear data and cache” from Google Play Services, Google Services Framework and also from Download Manager.
  • Now you have to Add Gmail Account for downloading and updating the apps.
  • For this you have to go to “Settings” again and the “Accounts and Sync Settings” and “Add Account”
  • Then restart your phone and try to update or download that app again.
Method 2:-
This is quite complex method but you can opt this method. Make sure that you will follow each step carefully. In this method first you have to go in recovery mode like clockworkmod recovery.
  • First of all you have to “Reboot into Recovery” then “Wipe Cache Partition”
  • Now you have to go to “Advanced” option and then “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
  • Now you just need to reboot your device then try downloading or updating your app.

Android Error 495 – Fixed

Android error 495 generally arises when you try to update or download app via Wi-Fi. You can notice that sometimes it works fine when you try to attempt downloading this with mobile data. But don’t worry this is not a very big deal. There are some solutions to this problem which I have discussed below in detail.
Method 1:-
  • First of all go to “Settings” then “Applications” then “Manage Applications”
  • Then a screen will come to your device which has the following tabs “Downloaded”, “All”, “On SD Card”, “Running”.
  • Select “All” tab
  • Then select “Google Play Store” and then click on “Clear Data” and also “Clear Cache”. You can also “Uninstall Updates”
  • Now rerun Google Play to download or Update that app.
Method 2:-
  • Go to “Settings” then “Accounts and Sync Settings”
  • In second step you have to delete that Gmail account which you are using for downloading or updating apps
  • Then again go to “Manage Applications” and “clear data and cache” from Google Play Services, Google Services Framework and also from Download Manager.
  • Now you have to Add Gmail Account for downloading and updating the apps.
  • For this you have to go to “Settings” again and the “Accounts and Sync Settings” and “Add Account”
  • Then restart your phone and try to update or download that app again.
Method 3:-
If both the solutions don’t work for you then you can add VPN
  • Then you have to open the app and make sure that you have selected US as a country as connection.
  • Now press “connect”.
  • That all. Now you can download or update the app which you want.

Android Error 413 – Fixed

This is also one of the most common errors when you try to update or download app from Google Play. Recently I had encountered this when I am trying to update one of my app. Then I tried this with Wi-Fi then also I am getting the same problem. Main cause of this problem is your internet setting or APN. So you need to change your APN. But before this you can try to install your internet setting again if that doesn’t work for you then go for solution discussed below.
  • First of all go for “Settings” then “Wireless and Network Settings” then “Mobile Network”
  • Now select “Access Point Names (APNs)
  • Then “New APN”
  • Then fill the field. (If you face any problem you can comment it below)
  • Then save you settings.
  • That’s it. Try to download or update apps now.
